We are currently accepting new patients. We are currently in contracted with Medicare, PacificSource, Blue Cross, Regence, Cigna, Medicaid of Idaho, Aetna, First Choice, First Health and also accept Self-Pay. As always, please check with your insurance to verify if you do not have a traditional type of the above insurances. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. We respectfully request that you complete new patient paperwork prior to arriving for your appointment through the patient portal or see below. If you are unable to complete the paperwork beforehand, please plan on arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow for time to complete. We will not accept late arrivals out of respect for our other patients. If you know that you have run into an unexpected delay, please notify our office so we can attempt to accommodate the delay without impacting our other patients.
