Hello
Emily graduated from Grangeville High School in 2002. She went on to attend college, specializing in nursing, graduating in 2009 with her Associates in Nursing from Walla Walla Community College and then again in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Emily has worked as a registered nurse for the past 15 years at Syringa General Hospital and at St. Mary’s Clinic. She has experience working in many different areas of nursing including IV infusion, obstetrics, emergency room and bedside.
In the spring of 2023, a colleague got Emily curious about the world of aesthetic nursing with lasers and injectables. Exploring this new area, she attended a laser course in Boise, Idaho and found herself really enjoying this field of nursing. During the summer and fall of 2023, Emily continued to gain knowledge in this area by enrolling in several different aesthetic courses. In October 2023, she opened Skin iD Aesthetics.
She has attended several courses some of which include: Skin n’ Tox Aesthetics Neuromodulator Class as well as courses at Aesthetics Academy of Idaho. She has received training in nano infusion, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels and light therapy. In January 2024, she attended a course in Missoula, MT at BeSpoke Beauty by Sara Berg to build on her knowledge of neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin and Dysport). She is always looking for new trainings and courses she can attend to gain more knowledge and learn cutting-edge technique in the world of aesthetic nursing.
Emily has been married to her husband for 10 years and together they have 3 beautiful children aged 9, 7, and 5. They keep her busy, but she truly loves being a mom and enjoys every minute of it. She coaches gymnastics locally in Grangeville. In her free time, Emily loves exercising and working out. She enjoys nutrition and healthy lifestyle topics. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, spending time on the rivers that surround us, gardening, and attending sports events with her kids.
Emily is passionate about enhancing a client's natural features and making you feel beautiful in your own skin. She looks forward to working with you to achieve this together with shared decision making.
